About Me

I am a graduate of The Ohio State University and currently reside in Columbus, Ohio. My work is centered on advancing health and well-being through evidence-based nutrition, movement, and lifestyle practices. I am passionate about making nutrition science understandable and practical while recognizing the important roles that daily habits, environment, and individual experiences play in overall health.

I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Dietetics as I work toward becoming a Registered Dietitian. In addition to my graduate studies, I am a 200-hour certified yoga instructor, swim coach, and professional home organizer. These roles have provided me with the opportunity to work with individuals across a variety of ages, backgrounds, and stages of life, and they have shaped my holistic perspective on wellness.

My approach is grounded in scientific rigor and guided by a respect for each person’s unique experiences and circumstances. I value the integration of nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and environmental factors in supporting long-term health. Whether I am educating clients on nutrition, coaching swimmers, teaching yoga, or helping individuals create more functional living spaces, my goal is to provide practical guidance that fosters sustainable habits and promotes overall well-being.

I am CPR and HIPAA certified and maintain a strong commitment to continued professional development. My interests include integrative wellness practices, metabolic health, behavior change, and the application of nutrition science to everyday life. Through education and practical support, I strive to empower individuals with the knowledge and tools necessary to make informed decisions and cultivate meaningful, lasting change.
