About Me

I’m Natalie Merryman, a graduate of The Ohio State University and now based in Colorado. My work focuses on making nutrition understandable, useful, and accessible to people in all kinds of situations. I’m interested in how science, daily habits, and cultural context shape the way we eat and think about food. I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Dietetics, building on my academic foundation to become a Registered Dietitian.

I’ve taught in classrooms, gyms, and community spaces and I prioritize connecting with people in a way that feels honest and practical. Whether we’re talking about how different foods affect blood sugar or working through meal planning with someone who’s navigating a busy schedule or limited resources, I care about making information clear without compromising on accuracy or depth. I’m CPR certified, HIPAA certified, a 200-hour certified yoga instructor, and currently working on my Master’s in Dietetics.

My approach is grounded in respect for people’s lived experiences, a strong academic foundation, and a steady effort to keep learning myself.
